WRK Digital is seeking a highly skilled PMO Delivery Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients. As a PMO Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing the development and improvement of the PMO delivery capability within the Central Technology Portfolio Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement PMO Processes: Manage the development of delivery-focused PMO capability, including the establishment of standardized PMO processes and the provision of high-quality management information to all stakeholders.
- Oversee Project Delivery: Responsible for overseeing the effective delivery of assurance, governance, quality management, risk management, supplier management, change management, and reporting.
- Manage Resources: Oversee the successful running of the resourcing calendar for all portfolios and projects.
- Identify Opportunities for Improvement: Identify and provide recommendations for continuous improvement of PMO processes.
Requirements:
- Project Management Experience: Comprehensive experience of managing Project Management Office services for a variety of concurrent medium to large-scale projects/portfolios.
- Process Mapping and Improvement: Comprehensive experience in mapping processes and building tools to support PMO activities and deliver business needs.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Proven experience in working with others to effectively deliver projects, including indirect reports and third-party suppliers.
- Staff Management: Proven experience of managing staff, liaising with senior stakeholders, and relationship building.
