About the Role:

Kirklees Council is seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual to join Greenhead College as Vice Principal – Quality of Education. This newly created position will lead the development and effectiveness of the College's curriculum offer and pedagogical approach, ensuring Ofsted readiness and excellence in education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on the development and implementation of the College's curriculum offer and pedagogical approach.
  • Line manage Assistant Principals, Pedagogy Leaders, and other key staff.
  • Develop and lead staff CPD development to ensure excellence in teaching and learning.
  • Act as the College's Ofsted Nominee and ensure Ofsted readiness.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have significant and successful recent middle or senior management experience in a relevant educational setting. They will be a subject specialist with a strong track record of curriculum development and leadership.
