Your New Role at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited

We are excited to present a new opportunity for a skilled Accounts Assistant to join our growing private-sector client in Birmingham.

Due to their recent growth, they are looking to increase their financial team to assist the development of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Purchase and Sales Ledger Management
  • Assisting the Manager with end-month tasks and financial reporting
  • Managing the Cash Book and VAT returns
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Experience within accountancy support roles (Finance/Accounts Assistant, Ledger Clerk etc.,)
  • AAT part-qualified or qualified, or a degree within Finance
  • Deadline driven with an eye to detail
  • A "can do" attitude due to the fast-growing nature of the business
What You'll Get:
  • Circa £25K salary
  • Hybrid working (2/3 days in office)
