**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Team Leader to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance and operations of our facilities, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • **Maintenance and Operations:** Actively participate in the operation and control of all planned maintenance schemes in support of the business and contract needs.
  • **Emergency Response:** Manage responses to any unplanned events in a timely fashion and in accordance with the SLA response and rectification time's thus ensuring minimal failures resulting in financial penalties and contractual service failure points.
  • **Supervision and Control:** Supervise, control planned and reactive electrical/mechanical maintenance tasks, carry out small work and variation requests, and any other tasks deemed reasonable and within the capabilities of the individual at the request of the senior management team.
  • **On-Call Coverage:** Required to cover on-call duties.
Requirements:
  • **Qualifications:** Must have successfully completed a recognised Mechanical or Electrical apprenticeship and have previous experience in a similar role carrying out maintenance duties.
  • **Competencies:** Be competent to supervise/undertake/assist/work on the type of building service systems and equipment for which the appointment is sought.
  • **Knowledge and Experience:** Familiar with the type of systems and equipment on which work is required to be undertaken.
  • **Technical Knowledge:** Possess technical knowledge and sufficient experience to avoid any danger that may be presented by the work to be undertaken.
  • **Security Clearance:** The ability to pass a Standard Disclosure Scotland check.
