Pricing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Manager to join our team at Alcumus. As a Pricing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing a pricing discipline within our organization, enabling us to extract maximum value from our solutions for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement a medium-term pricing strategy for SafeContractor UK & Canada.
- Develop pricing hypotheses using best practice pricing theory and test them through data analysis and customer behavior.
- Embed the pricing strategy to maximize price achievement and provide input into internal and external communications.
- Drive adoption of the pricing strategy, including supporting Sales Leaders to optimize discounting behavior.
- Track key price data points and provide regular reporting to stakeholders across the SafeContractor division and Alcumus Executive Leadership team.
- Build and maintain frameworks to identify and track value generated from the strategic pricing initiative.
- Proven experience in pricing, with a deep understanding of key pricing principles.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to work with data to drive actionable insights.
- Ability to demonstrate a deep understanding of an industry to drive pricing strategy in a high-growth, B2B environment.
- Experience of developing or implementing a pricing strategy.
