Transfer Pricing Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Transfer Pricing Manager to join our team at Pro-Tax. As a key member of our Transfer Pricing Team, you will be responsible for assisting clients in managing transfer pricing risks, developing and implementing transfer pricing strategies, and coordinating global transfer pricing engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Transfer Pricing Risk Management: Assist clients in identifying and mitigating transfer pricing risks, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Transfer Pricing Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective transfer pricing strategies, aligning with their business objectives.
- Global Transfer Pricing Engagements: Coordinate and manage global transfer pricing engagements, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
- Advance Pricing Agreements: Negotiate and secure Advance Pricing Agreements with tax authorities, ensuring optimal pricing arrangements.
- Transfer Pricing Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate and comprehensive transfer pricing documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Mentorship and Knowledge Development: Mentor junior team members, sharing expertise and knowledge to enhance team capabilities.
- Client Portfolio Management: Proactively manage client portfolios, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Relationship Building: Foster effective relationships with clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
- Knowledge Contribution: Contribute to the development of personal and team knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Business Development: Participate in networking and business development activities, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
