About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP Finance and Accounting Consultant to join our team at NTT DATA. As a key member of our consulting group, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality consulting solutions in the Finance area, specifically SAP FI, CO, Product Costing, and PS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver consulting solutions in the Finance area against contractual and project requirements.
  • Advise and define SAP Finance solutions by helping to solve business and technical challenges.
  • Provide specialist subject matter expertise in line with the solution.
  • Take total ownership of delivering solutions and value to the customer by leading projects and project teams.
  • Deliver utilisation in line with targets.
  • Deliver against a resource plan which drives personal and company utilisation.
  • Identify further opportunities for revenue.
  • Act as a specialist within the consulting group by attaining and sharing best practice, knowledge, and skills.
  • Mentor less experienced team members to support their professional development and personal performance.
Requirements
  • Strong background in Finance and Accounting with a demonstrable technical expertise and experience across multiple and relevant SAP software products supporting the Finance function.
  • At least 6 years of experience delivering across the full life cycle of finance transformation programs, system optimization, and enhancements, and full SAP implementation programs.
  • Professional Accounting qualification desirable.
  • Thirst for learning and staying on top of the evolving technology landscape.
  • Proven and demonstrable track record of successfully delivering customer projects.
  • Strong interpersonal and soft skills, able to quickly develop relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates gravitas and personal integrity, able to overcome unforeseen situations and keeps business objectives in mind.
Technical Requirements
  • Fully conversant with SAP Finance solutions, specifically SAP FI, CO, Product Costing, and PS.
  • Good understanding of cross-module integration with other modules such as MM, SD, PP, HR, and QM.
  • S4HANA exposure with SAP S4Finance and Activate delivery methodology.
