Job Title: Senior SAP EPM Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP EPM Consultant to join our team at NTT DATA. As a Senior SAP EPM Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and delivering SAP Finance solutions that meet the needs of our customers in relation to accounting and financial close through to financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver consulting solutions in the Finance Practice, specifically the SAP EPM area, against contractual and project requirements
  • Advise and define Planning and Consolidation processes and solutions by helping to solve business and technical challenges leveraging the SAP EPM platform
  • Provide specialist subject matter expertise in line with the solution
  • Take total ownership for the delivery of solutions and value to the customer by leading projects and project teams
  • Act as a specialist within the consulting group by attaining and sharing best practice, knowledge and skills
  • Lead by example and be a mentor to less experienced team members to support their professional development and personal performance

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of financial consolidation and statutory reporting
  • Demonstrable experience in monthly and annual financial reporting process
  • Excellent understanding of accounting principles, financial & operational planning and management reporting processes
  • 5 years or equivalent of industry experience
  • Experience in project planning and delivery, including gathering process requirements and delivering design workshops and validating documentation
  • Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams, develop and maintain strong business relationships and manage delivery teams through complex SAP Finance EPM projects
  • Professional Accounting qualification and active contribution to at least 3 end-to-end IT implementation projects
  • Thirst for learning and staying on top of the evolving technology landscape

Technical Requirements:

  • Deep SAC Planning or equivalent solution experience
  • In-depth skills on configuring Planning models, advanced formulas, data actions, calendar, BW/Datasphere data modelling, story creation for reporting and planning and analytics application
  • Integration from SAC to BW, Datasphere and S/4HANA
  • Experience of delivering consolidation project using the SAP Group reporting solution
