Liberty Group Investments Ltd is seeking a dedicated Gas Supervisor to oversee our operations within the gas services sector. As the Gas Operations Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in steering the execution of our strategic growth initiatives by managing various contractual obligations related to gas installations and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the implementation of growth strategies by overseeing contract specifications for diverse tasks, including gas installations, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with client and business performance indicators.
  • Primarily operate in the field, supervising a team of engineers to perform a wide array of services in both residential and commercial settings.
  • Deliver high-quality work consistently.
  • Act as a deputy for management when required.
  • Conduct regular inspections of assets, van stock, personal protective equipment, uniforms, and vehicles.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of contract terms and their implications.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of procurement processes within the company.
  • Implement and adhere to the company’s escalation protocols.
  • Provide support in both field operations and administrative processes.
Candidate Profile

We are looking for an ideal candidate who possesses:

  • Proficiency in surveying for heating installations.
  • Formal training and relevant craft qualifications.
  • NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent qualifications.
  • ACS Certifications: CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT.
  • Desirable qualifications in LPG and UNVENTED systems.
  • A solid understanding of gas legislation.
  • A valid driving license.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Strong time management and workload prioritization skills.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, demonstrating exceptional service skills.
