Position Overview: The Gas Operations Supervisor will play a pivotal role in steering the future growth initiatives by overseeing contractual obligations across various projects, including gas installations, maintenance, repairs, and comprehensive service tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the execution of strategic growth plans by managing contract specifications for diverse assignments.
  • Ensure adherence to client and organizational performance indicators.
  • Primarily operate in the field, leading a team of engineers to perform a broad spectrum of tasks in both residential and commercial settings.
  • Oversee the delivery of services and projects.
  • Act as a deputy for line management when required.
  • Conduct regular inspections of assets, vehicle stock, personal protective equipment, uniforms, and company vehicles.
  • Possess a robust understanding of contract stipulations and their implications.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of procurement procedures within the organization.
  • Implement and adhere to the company’s escalation protocols.
  • Provide support in both field operations and administrative processes from start to finish.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Formal training with recognized qualifications in the relevant craft.
  • Possession of NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent certifications.
  • ACS Certifications including CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT.
  • Desirable qualifications in LPG and UNVENTED systems.
  • Thorough understanding of gas regulations and compliance.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards and best practices.
  • Ability to effectively manage personal time and workload.
  • Experience in public interaction, showcasing exceptional customer service skills.
