As one of two newly created roles in the Organisational Effectiveness (OE) team, you'll be part of a team of 10, and 1 of 4 OE Partners - each with their primary strategic focus. For this role, the focus is Performance.
You'll lead on the strategy and business-as-usual delivery for performance, with the opportunity to work on other areas within the team as project work is rotated.
We're looking for someone with:
- A background in organisational development and effectiveness, with experience in delivering performance management activities.
- Excellent attention to detail and a willingness to delve into data.
- The ability to influence and adapt to a changing environment, with plenty of opportunities for growth.
