The Proposal Manager Role
The Proposal Manager will work closely with our technical and project leaders to position WSP USA and win profitable business. This role encompasses managing work-winning activities from capture through to the convert phase of the WSP Winning Work lifecycle and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing/coordinating the interfaces between business leaders, technical staff, and others in the proposals team to produce best-quality proposals.
- Establishing and managing the bid team, liaising with clients and partners as required, organizing the appropriate reviews and approval meetings, and submitting the proposal.
- Leading the development of win strategies, tender planning, written responses, reviews, and response delivery, including handover to delivery teams of won opportunities.

You'll also need to have a strong understanding of business development principles and the ability to develop and implement effective win strategies.
