The Proposal Manager Role

The Proposal Manager will work closely with our technical and project leaders to position WSP USA and win profitable business. This role encompasses managing work-winning activities from capture through to the convert phase of the WSP Winning Work lifecycle and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Managing/coordinating the interfaces between business leaders, technical staff, and others in the proposals team to produce best-quality proposals.
  2. Establishing and managing the bid team, liaising with clients and partners as required, organizing the appropriate reviews and approval meetings, and submitting the proposal.
  3. Leading the development of win strategies, tender planning, written responses, reviews, and response delivery, including handover to delivery teams of won opportunities.

You'll also need to have a strong understanding of business development principles and the ability to develop and implement effective win strategies.
