About the Role

The Business Development Specialist position is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth for Butterworths Limited Company.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to prospect into key accounts within the legal industry.
  • Generate qualified leads by conducting thorough research and engaging with potential clients through various channels.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to schedule meetings and presentations, ensuring a smooth transition from lead generation to sales.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers at target organizations, understanding their needs and challenges.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and progress within the CRM system.
  • Participate in regular meetings with management to share insights, best practices, and contribute to overall business development strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in lead generation or inside sales within a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
