Business Development Specialist

About the Role
The Business Development Specialist position is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth for Butterworths Limited Company.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to prospect into key accounts within the legal industry.
- Generate qualified leads by conducting thorough research and engaging with potential clients through various channels.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to schedule meetings and presentations, ensuring a smooth transition from lead generation to sales.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers at target organizations, understanding their needs and challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and progress within the CRM system.
- Participate in regular meetings with management to share insights, best practices, and contribute to overall business development strategies.
- Proven experience in lead generation or inside sales within a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
