Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Officer to join our team. As a key member of our QA team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our production and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily tasks as outlined by the QA Supervisor and Manager
  • Review and verify daily quality checks of goods delivered by our suppliers
  • Check all chillers and dry stores within the production and warehouse, including FIFO, batch codes, expiry dates, and allergen segregation
  • Perform audits across the kitchen/operation, ensuring all paperwork is up to date, temperature controls are performed regularly and recorded, and cleanliness levels are maintained
  • Support the QA events international team in diverse locations across the world when necessary
  • Supervise team members to follow internal safety rules to prevent future incidents
  • Submit daily reports to the Quality Assurance Supervisor on incidents, issues, and solutions, as well as general information about daily production development

  • Meticulous attention to detail and data-driven, with the ability to influence different departments to suggest, implement, and track DO & CO standards
  • Strong relationships with colleagues, mentoring, and motivating, creating a team spirit and encouraging them to be at their best
  • Clear and engaging communicator, with strong written and verbal English, and the ability to use various methods to keep the team well-informed
  • Flexible thinking, making decisions efficiently, and handling change to ensure everything is right for our partners and the DO & CO family
  • Expertise in delivering practical actions for department improvement, taking a hands-on approach
  • HACCP & Food Hygiene Certification
  • BSc Food Science or experience in a similar role
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office package, with excellent working knowledge of reporting and managing data
