Engineering Recruitment Specialist

Location: Hybrid

XQ Technical is seeking a dedicated Engineering Recruitment Specialist to enhance our team within the Formula 1 and Motorsport sector. We are a consultancy focused on high-performance engineering, operating in advanced fields of innovation.

In this role, you will oversee the complete recruitment process, from identifying and interviewing candidates to successfully placing them in specialized technical positions. Your ability to adapt and foster strong relationships with clients across various engineering sub-sectors will be crucial.

We prioritize the growth of our team members, enabling them to make a significant impact on our organizational culture and overall success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and alignment with company culture.
  • Identifying and engaging top-tier technical talent through diverse platforms and networks.
  • Maintaining and nurturing relationships with current clients while exploring new business opportunities through networking.
  • Developing and managing a comprehensive database of qualified candidates while actively sourcing new talent.
  • Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Negotiating employment offers and compensation packages on behalf of both clients and candidates.
  • Staying informed about industry trends and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.

Essential Candidate Attributes

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport with clients and candidates.
  • Familiarity with technical recruitment tools and platforms, including ATS/CRM systems.
  • A solid understanding of the technical job market and the ability to quickly grasp new industry concepts.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects effectively.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality results.
