We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Sikla Group. As a key member of our Customer Service Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our Supply Chain operations.
Your primary focus will be on answering and directing incoming phone calls, dealing with inbound enquiries, and providing an excellent level of customer service. You will also be assisting and liaising with the Customer Service Manager, Purchasing Manager, and Logistics Manager at all times.
Key Responsibilities- Answering and directing incoming phone calls, dealing with inbound enquiries, and providing an exceptional level of customer service
- Assisting and liaising with the Customer Service Manager, Purchasing Manager, and Logistics Manager at all times
- Assisting the Field team with customer/order information
- Processing sales quotations, orders, and invoices on the ERP system
- Maintaining comprehensive and organized filing of all the relevant Sales documents
- General office duties (e.g. data entry, filing, copying)
- Checking stock levels
- Keeping customers informed about order status
- Maintaining contact lists and general information in the CRM system
- Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Providing general support to visitors and guests
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in customer service and administrative relevant roles
- Proficient in using ERP software and MS Office applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent multitasking and priority management skills
- Self-motivated and highly proactive
- Ability to work collaboratively with a sales team and other departments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
- 25 days annual leave (+ bank holidays)
