Position: Nursing Assistant

Location: Westwood Hall Nursing Home

Hours: 36 hours per week

Overview:

Springcare Care Homes Ltd is seeking a compassionate Nursing Assistant to enhance our dedicated team at Westwood Hall Nursing Home. This role is vital in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. The successful candidate will possess prior experience in a similar role and demonstrate the ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor a team of Health Care Assistants
  • Deliver personal care and assistance to residents
  • Perform clinical duties as necessary

Shift Patterns:

Day Shifts:

  • 8am - 8pm
  • 8am - 2pm
  • 2pm - 8pm

Night Shifts:

  • 8pm - 8am
