As a Buyer - Own-Label Womenswear Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, developing, and delivering a commercially focused and well-balanced product range for our client's own-label womenswear.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of product ranges to maximize sales and profit aligned to brand market position and value.
  • Work closely with the Junior Merchandiser to source and deliver a commercially focused and well-balanced product range.
  • Attend sign-off meetings to ensure consistent delivery of product ranges that meet customer expectations.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and factories directly to manage margins and build long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with merchandising, design, and QA teams to ensure effective product development and delivery.

Requirements:

  • At least + years of experience in buying or procurement, preferably in the fashion or accessories industry.
  • Ability to relocate or be based in the UK, with a preference for the North West region.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills are essential for this role.
  • Previous experience in new product development (NPD) is highly desirable.

Benefits:

  • Salary range: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
