Unique Opportunity for a Senior Associate Corporate Solicitor

G2 Legal is seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate Corporate Solicitor to join our growing and entrepreneurial corporate team in Southampton. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work directly with our Corporate Partner and their portfolio of corporate clients, supporting them on a range of development activities to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Corporate Partner to advise on corporate transactions and support the growth of their clients
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the business goals and strategies of our clients through advising on a range of corporate transactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, commercial, and HR departments, to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business
  • Support the Corporate Partner in creating group business activities, including acquisitions, disposals, and restructuring of assets and subsidiaries

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of PQE experience in corporate law
  • Strong understanding of corporate transactions and business growth strategies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
