About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Lawyer to join our team at William James Recruitment. As a Corporate Lawyer - Associate/Senior Associate, you will be responsible for leading on and assisting colleagues in supporting a wide range of clients across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on and assist colleagues in supporting clients across multiple disciplines, including technology, financial services, healthcare, and renewable energy.
  • Support clients with M&A, equity/debt funding, and general corporate structuring matters.
  • Participate in business development activities, building client relationships, and helping to grow our national reputation.
  • Take an active involvement in business development activities, driving growth and commerciality.
Requirements
  • A Corporate Solicitor with 3 years of post-qualification experience.
  • A strong grounding in corporate matters, including general M&A and corporate finance.
  • Willingness to participate in marketing and business development activities.
  • A high level of commerciality and motivation to drive growth.
  • A strong academic profile.
