Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our team at William James Recruitment. As a Corporate Lawyer, you will play a key role in supporting our clients in relation to Mergers and Acquisitions, Equity/Debt Funding, and General Corporate Structuring matters.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor with 3+ years of post-qualification experience to join a leading law firm. You will be responsible for leading on and assisting colleagues locally and nationally in supporting a wide range of clients, including public and private UK and International companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on and assist colleagues in supporting clients in relation to Mergers and Acquisitions, Equity/Debt Funding, and General Corporate Structuring matters.
  • Participate in marketing and business development activities to grow the firm's national reputation.
  • Work closely with colleagues to deliver an excellent service to clients.
  • Contribute to the development of the firm's commercial strategy.
