We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fleet Coordinator to oversee the maintenance and operation of our company\u2019s fleet of vehicles. The role involves driving company vehicles, supporting project managers, and resolving invoice rejections and customer queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inputting and maintaining data records within spreadsheets and systems
  • Processing driving for work applications and conducting employee driving license checks
  • Coordinating and overseeing the scheduled service and maintenance of company vehicles
  • Collecting and analysing information on mileage, fuel costs, and vehicle locations

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license
  • Experience in Fleet Administration
  • Strong PC skills, particularly in MS Office
