We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fleet Coordinator to oversee the maintenance and operation of our company's fleet of vehicles. The role involves driving company vehicles, including vans, locally.
- Support project managers in obtaining client purchase order numbers and resolving invoice rejections and customer queries.
- Input and maintain data records within spreadsheets and systems, saving documents correctly, and respond to client queries.
- Keep records and documents for vehicle service, maintenance, MOT, Tax, and V5.
- Process driving for work applications and conduct employee driving license checks according to company policy.
- Coordinate and oversee the scheduled service and maintenance of company vehicles.
- Collect and analyze information including mileage and fuel costs, service schedules, and maintenance histories, car availability, and vehicle locations.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Proven administration and coordination experience.
- A full UK driving license is required.
- Ideal candidate will have experience within Fleet Administration.
- Previous experience in managing client orders and processing invoices.
- Strong PC skills, particularly in MS Office, including Excel and Word.
