Your Role as a Digital Marketing Channel Specialist
As a Digital Marketing Channel Specialist, you'll collaborate with the acquisition team to execute our Acquire, Protect, and Convert digital strategy. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, from campaign implementation to reporting on online campaigns across key marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Digital Relationship Manager to implement audience strategies.
- Execute campaigns across new channels and channel strategies, identifying issues and reporting on performance to drive incremental revenue, occupancy, and customer engagement.
- Manage campaign delivery in accordance with marketing managers' plans, ensuring budget adherence and performance metrics are met.
- Support business trading actions by implementing digital campaigns aligned with commercial goals and accurate result tracking.
- Utilize trade reports and platform data to diagnose campaign performance. Propose changes and tests to enhance channel efficiency and achieve business objectives.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in implementing digital paid advertising campaigns.
- Understanding of various delivery models across display and search advertising.
- Strong knowledge of audience targeting strategies across different channels.
- Familiarity with web development processes and technology architecture.
- Proficiency in analytics software and report generation.
- Ability to produce insightful reports and recommend actionable insights.
