Monitoring and Evaluation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Manager to join our grants team at Wild Berry Associates in central London.
This is a hybrid role, requiring 2 days per week in the office and 3 days per week working remotely.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Line managing a MEL Officer and working closely with the MEL Lead and Senior Leadership Team to prioritize grant evaluation projects.
- Managing a portfolio of external evaluations for grants and collaborating with the MEL Lead to develop and refine the evaluation framework, methodology, and processes.
- Supporting the delivery of internal and commissioned MEL activities, including measuring the long-term impact of grant funding.
- Working with the MEL Lead to define and incorporate MEL requirements for new funding streams and grant programs.
This role would suit someone with experience in MEL, grant, or research management.
