Supply Chain Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and operate a 'hands-on' function, encompassing cross-functional working on the execution of day-to-day supply optimization into the UK grocery, health & beauty retail, and pureplay trade channels.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, with experience in optimizing supply chain processes, managing 3PL and CoMan partnerships, and driving capacity-enhancing projects based on forecasted growth.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying emerging efficiencies to address shifting category needs and ensuring the supply chain meets demand and best practice
  • Driving capacity-enhancing projects based on forecasted growth
  • Optimizing supply chain processes and managing 3PL and CoMan partnerships
  • Providing critical input to management decision-making

The successful candidate will be a highly influential and collaborative individual with excellent communication and leadership skills. They will be passionate about delivering excellence in supply/demand and have an entrepreneurial spirit.

We are looking for someone who will stop at nothing to deliver success and is comfortable with autonomy and freedom to act in delivering SC fundamentals.
