Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and operate a 'hands-on' function, encompassing cross-functional working on the execution of day-to-day supply optimization into the UK grocery, health & beauty retail, and pureplay trade channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify emerging efficiencies to address shifting, FSA-regulated category needs, ensuring the supply chain meets demand and best practice.
  • Drive capacity-enhancing projects based on forecasted growth, prioritizing optimization and getting the best out of 3PL and CoMan partnerships.
  • Provide critical input to management decision-making, collaborating with Commercial, Marketing, and Finance colleagues.
  • Lead the development and implementation of supply chain strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in supply chain management, with a strong understanding of classical SC principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive process improvements.
  • Strong influencing and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for excellence in supply/demand, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a focus on delivering results.
