As an Early Years Educator, you will assist in the planning and execution of engaging activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) principles.

Our setting boasts a rich array of resources, including a computer suite to introduce children to the digital landscape, as well as opportunities for culinary experiences with our in-house chef.
Outdoors, we champion a 'grow your own' initiative, providing areas in our garden for children to cultivate their own vegetables, herbs, plants, and flowers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Foster positive relationships with parents and caregivers through comprehensive daily handovers and encourage their involvement in the nursery.
- Provide enriching experiences tailored to children's age and developmental stage, while creating a supportive atmosphere.
- Understand and apply the statutory framework requirements for the EYFS.
- Regularly assess and adhere to children's care plans concerning any medical or dietary needs.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement through ongoing learning and skill enhancement.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Possess a full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification.
- Have experience working within Early Years and a solid understanding of the EYFS framework and regulatory standards.
- Ideally, possess experience or training in a Forest School setting.
- A Disclosure and Barring Service Certificate will be required.
