Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of nursery staff to ensure the smooth running of daily activities
- Have a good knowledge and understanding of In The Moment Planning to implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate children's development
- Supervise and support children's play based learning throughout the day
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- Manage the nursery room's resources and maintain a clean and organized environment
- Drive continuous improvement in the quality of care and education provided

**Skills**:

- Demonstrated leadership abilities in a childcare setting
- Excellent communication skills with both children and adults
- Experience working with children in an early childhood education setting
- Knowledge of nursery best practices and Early Years regulations
- Ability to effectively manage a team and work collaboratively
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,795.50 per year
