Your Role:
As a Housekeeping Attendant at Broadwick Soho, you will embody the essence of a remarkable hotel that embraces the spirit of Soho, ensuring our guests feel as comfortable as we do through our values of independence, warmth, generosity, and excellence.
Your responsibilities will include consistently maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer care in all guest rooms and public areas, fostering a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for our guests.
We value flexibility and multi-tasking, and you may be asked to perform various tasks to meet the needs of our guests and team.
You will collaborate with talented individuals across the hotel to deliver a seamless and memorable guest experience.
What We Expect from You:
- Experience in a luxury or lifestyle restaurant, bar, or 5-star hotel environment
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and perform under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service
- Your unique personality, charisma, and positive energy
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with guests, colleagues, and leadership
- Able to work 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
