Housekeeping Room Attendant

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at The Rag - Army & Navy Club. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality in our luxurious bedrooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all bedrooms, corridors, and bathrooms are cleaned to the highest standards, adhering to our housekeeping procedures.
  • Prepare trolleys and linen for the following day, ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
  • Undertake project work in bedrooms as directed by Housekeeping Management, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Report any maintenance faults or security breaches to the Housekeeper, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Ensure lost property is deposited and logged with the Head Housekeeper, maintaining accurate records.
  • Cover other positions within the housekeeping department during periods of sickness or holidays, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
  • Carry out any related duties as designated by Housekeeping Management, maintaining a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Attend staff training sessions and courses as required, enhancing your skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain the highest standard of personal hygiene and appearance at all times, reflecting positively on the club.
  • Be fully conversant with the club's Rules, Regulations, and Staff Handbook, upholding our values and standards.
  • Cover public area duties in the morning as required, providing excellent customer service.
