We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Sales Support Team Member to join our team at GREAT PEOPLE LIMITED. As a Sales Support Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound calls to the Sales Team, providing timely and effective support to our customers.
  • Support and manage renewal follow-up activity, including outstanding decisions and information requests, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Manage general queries, supplier questionnaires, and requests for information, utilizing your excellent communication skills to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Support the Sales Team in recording and reporting sales activity and outcomes, providing valuable insights to drive business growth.
  • Liaise with other functions within the business to ensure effective communication, timely resolution, and the best customer experience and outcomes.
  • Support sales projects and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the sales process and function, driving innovation and excellence.

Requirements

  • Numeracy and literacy skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Organisation skills to manage multiple demands and priorities, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Strong verbal and communication skills, particularly via telephone, to build rapport with customers and colleagues.

What We Offer

  • Salary: £22,022.00 per annum.
  • Office-based with potential to move to hybrid working upon completion of probationary period (usually 3 months).
  • Working hours/benefits:
    • 35 hours a week.
    • Death in service: 10x salary.
    • Company pension scheme (auto-enrolled).
    • Voluntary dental after completion of probationary period.
    • PMI after 6 months.
    • Performance-related bonus scheme (subject to bonus scheme rules re eligibility).
    • 23 days holiday per year.
