About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Veolia ES (UK) LIMITED. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with major customers, driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand Veolia's services and solutions with existing clients, driving integrated ecological transformation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders within the existing strategic customer base, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Lead the development and relationship on a selection of existing strategic accounts to drive organic growth of services provided.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving growth in key markets.
  • Develop and manage a healthy new business pipeline, driving growth and expansion through strategic partnerships.
Requirements
  • Proven experience of driving and influencing senior level stakeholders, with a track record of delivering business growth and expansion.
  • Creative, innovative, and solution-focused, with exceptional analytical skills and the ability to identify challenges and trends.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive performance.
  • Demonstrable influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to drive solutions from concept to delivery.
  • High levels of industry knowledge and commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of the environmental services sector.
