Maintenance Operations Planner

As a key member of the Maintenance team, you will provide essential production planning assistance, ensuring that all necessary resources—personnel, materials, equipment, data, and facilities—are readily available to support scheduled maintenance operations. Your role will be pivotal in managing work packages to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities- Assist Shift Managers in production planning by ensuring the availability of required resources for maintenance activities.
- Assess man-hour capacity plans for both Scheduled Maintenance Inspections and Ad Hoc Maintenance requests.
- Generate comprehensive Maintenance work packages, including all necessary supporting documentation and forms for scheduled maintenance.
- Oversee the control of work packages issued to the Part 145 Maintenance Organisation, maintaining accurate records of all work cards issued and returned.
- Ensure that all maintenance documentation is properly accounted for and completed in accordance with AS.2728 & AS.2713, and certified by qualified engineers when necessary.
- Coordinate the issuance of maintenance task cards to Part 145 engineers, optimizing task execution while considering human factors.
- Collaborate with the Operators Part M organisation to ensure timely planning of maintenance and availability of work packages.
- Represent AirTanker in discussions with third-party agencies and committees, fostering open communication.
- Demonstrated experience as a Production Planner or Controller within a civilian Part 145 Maintenance Organisation.
- Strong understanding of EASA regulations relevant to Part 145 Production Planning.
- Proficient in computer skills, particularly in utilizing planning software.
