Job Description

This is a shift-based role that includes days and nights. It's an exciting opportunity for B2 licenced technicians with at least one type rating. If you have the experience and character we're looking for, AirTanker will provide you with an A330 Type course.

The performance of Aircraft Maintenance tasks, in accordance with company quality and regulatory airworthiness standards, is a key responsibility. Working in conjunction with the Shift Manager, you'll ensure that the operational service meets all of the customer's contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake scheduled and un-scheduled Aircraft Maintenance in accordance with regulatory and company requirements
  • Supervise teams of Aircraft Maintenance staff, including all trade disciplines, as directed by the Shift Manager
  • Assist the Shift Manager in monitoring staff performance, including attendance, timekeeping, and sickness
  • Responsible for the receipt/dispatch and servicing of Voyager Aircraft, including pre-flight checks, daily checks, and scheduled maintenance
  • Certify all servicing and maintenance tasks in accordance with scope of approval and under the authority of the Company Quality Manager
  • Support the flying program and outstation duties as required

Requirements

  • Minimum of ten years experience on commercial or comparable military aircraft
  • Experience on operational A330 aircraft
  • Minimum of five years experience as a Certifying Technician
  • EASA B1 and/or B2 Licence
  • Hold/Held Airbus A330 Type Rating
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Pass a CP2 Colour Vision Test
