- CSR Programme: Manage the company's CSR programme.
- Proven Track Record: Proven track record working in a senior people role, with experience working within an SME organisation ideally in a stand-alone role.
- Generalist Background: A full generalist background including recruitment and training, with a positive approach, professional, and confidence to deliver in line with objectives.
- Autonomy: Ability to work in an autonomous role with a varied workload, confidently delivering as part of the SMT, and engaging with a desire to make a difference.
- CIPD Level 5: CIPD level 5 qualification.
- 25 Days Holiday: 25 days holiday per year.
