Senior PPC Manager

MRS Digital is seeking a highly skilled Senior PPC Manager to join our fast-growing team. As a key member of our paid search team, you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and expanding PPC campaigns across a range of clients and platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute daily tasks across client paid media campaigns
- Manage client budgets and ensure campaigns are pacing and delivering on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Monitor and maintain keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, and other account key metrics
- Collaborate with the Senior Paid Media Manager on planning and strategy for all managed paid media campaigns
- Optimize keyword, feed, and placement performance using data-led decision making and testing techniques
- Track and monitor activity for all accounts
- Stay up-to-date with competitor activities and take action based on detailed market analysis
- Ensure online marketing efforts deliver the highest possible return on investment (ROI)
- Provide timely, ad-hoc monthly reports to clients
- 6+ years of hands-on experience running paid media campaigns, preferably in an agency setting
- Strong analytical and KPI-driven skills, with attention to detail and ability to build scalable campaigns
- Advanced capability within the Google Ads platform, including Search, Display, and Shopping campaigns
- Solid knowledge of Google Analytics, including setting up and reviewing conversion events
- Ability to optimize accounts using various bidding strategies, including CPA, ROAS, and Value-Based Bidding
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience with keyword research, bid management, competitor analysis, data-led ad testing, and A/B and multivariate testing
MRS Digital offers a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, determined by demonstrable experience.
