Job Summary:

Magnus James is seeking a skilled Lettings Negotiator to join their team in Leighton Buzzard. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in achieving targets, dealing with legal documentation, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with the lettings team to achieve sales targets and ensure compliance with legal documentation.
  • Contribute to building the company's brand in the local market through effective marketing and sales strategies.
  • Handle telephone and face-to-face enquiries, providing high levels of customer service and ensuring a positive experience for clients.
  • Conduct viewings and obtain feedback to improve the sales process.
  • Negotiate new tenancies with landlords and tenants, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction.
  • Prepare tenancy agreements, issue legal documents, and ensure all safety certificates are in place prior to move-in.
  • Work closely with the property management team to ensure properties are prepared for move-in and that tenants receive a seamless experience.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar lettings role is highly advantageous.
  • Sales and customer service experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
