Job Title: Paid Social Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Account Manager to join our team at Performics UK. As a Paid Social Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class campaign activation across Paid Social channels for our clients.

Your primary focus will be on executing the Paid Social strategy, from implementation to optimization and reporting. You will work closely with the Paid Social Account Director to ensure seamless client communication and support the team in expanding the Paid Social footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Paid Social campaigns across multiple channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage daily tasks and delegate responsibilities to junior team members.
  • Audit accounts regularly to improve performance and identify areas for optimization.
  • Support the Account Director on client meetings and presentations.
  • Create media plans and provide spend forecasts.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth analysis and reporting on campaign performance.
  • Ensure all media is booked and reconciled on time according to the financial process.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital media, preferably from an agency side background.
  • Active experience in activating and planning Paid Social activity with a DR focus.
  • Professional digital media/advertising qualifications are a plus.
  • Strong analytical thinking, mathematical skills, and attention to detail.
