Job Opportunity

Spark Foundry's Paid Social team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Performance Department. As a Paid Social Account Manager, you will play a key role in delivering best-in-class campaign activation across Paid Social channels for our Miele and Clarins accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Paid Social strategies across multiple channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Amazon.
  • Manage daily tasks and delegate responsibilities to junior team members.
  • Audit accounts regularly to improve performance and optimize campaigns.
  • Support the Account Director on client meetings and provide insights on campaign performance.
  • Create media plans, provide spend forecasts, and analyze campaign results.
  • Ensure all media is booked and reconciled on time according to the financial process.

Requirements:

  • Experience in digital media, preferably from an agency side background.
  • Active experience activating and planning Paid Social activity with a DR focus.
  • Professional digital media/advertising qualifications are an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office solutions, particularly Excel.
  • Strong analytical thinking, mathematical skills, and attention to detail.
