About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Account Manager to join our team at Zenith. As a Paid Social Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading client communication and supporting the team in expanding the Paid Social footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to briefs using a wide range of tools and platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, and TikTok.
  • Manage daily tasks for junior team members.
  • Audit accounts to improve performance.
  • Support the Account Director on client meetings as needed.
  • Create media plans and provide spend forecasts.
  • Develop documents to showcase performance and provide in-depth analysis of results.
  • Ensure all media is booked and reconciled on time according to the financial process.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Paid Social, ideally from an agency side background.
  • Active, hands-on experience activating and planning Paid Social activity with a DR focus.
  • All academic backgrounds will be considered.
  • Professional digital media/advertising qualifications will be of an advantage.
  • Any digital media experience, such as freelance or personal projects, will also be of interest.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office solutions, particularly Excel.
  • Analytical thinking, mathematical skills, and attention to detail.
