We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to join our team at GCB Recruitment. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving business growth in the Fleet area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Create and execute strategies to increase market share and revenue growth in the Fleet area.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Financial Management: Manage branch profit and achieve all financial targets.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the estate agency industry.
- Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: Basic salary up to £38,000 and OTE of £55,000 (uncapped).
