Job Title: Weekend Delivery Driver

Join Oxwash as a Weekend Delivery Driver and play a vital role in our logistics team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the efficient delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by wearing the correct PPE and uniform, reporting accidents and incidents to your line manager, and driving in compliance with the highway code and Oxwash's SOPs.
  • Inventory: Report low stock levels of consumable spare parts and ensure the vehicle you are using is roadworthy, with all necessary items such as sack barrows, straps, and load lock bars.
  • Operations: Deliver all assigned tasks efficiently, achieving on-time delivery using hampers and cages, and complete weekly van checks, reporting any failings to the most appropriate person.
  • Quality and Customer Experience: Ensure all items arrive at the customer in the same state they left our site, uphold the positive image of the brand, and support customer queries from Account Managers and the RevOps team.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Aid in the training of new hires, upskill yourself, and provide internal stakeholders with concise and clear communication around any issues incurred.
Requirements:
  • Technical Competency: Hold a HGV Class 2 License with no more than 3 points and at least 1.5 years Class 2 experience, a valid driver qualification (CPC) card, and experience with multi-drops.
  • Technology, Automation, and Innovation: Have a good knowledge of computer systems and be willing to learn Oxwash's internal systems, specifically OnFleet/Admin/wash tracking and Convey driver app.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Use influencing and collaboration skills to build effective working relationships with colleagues, and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Sustainability and Values: Champion sustainability initiatives and embody Oxwash's values of creativity, excellence, and integrity, demonstrating a high level of care in your work.
