Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Graduate or Junior Building Surveyor to join our growing consultancy in Suffolk. As a key member of our team, you will work on a variety of projects in the Industrial and Commercial sectors, gaining valuable experience and skills in building surveying and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site inspections and compile detailed reports identifying defects or issues within properties
  • Work closely with senior team members to deliver projects and provide excellent client service
  • Assist in the development of project plans and schedules, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our consultancy

Requirements:

  • Graduate or Junior Building Surveyor with a RICS accredited degree in building surveying
  • Full UK drivers license to travel to different sites nationwide
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, with a desire to achieve chartership and advance within the company
