Job Summary:

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a motivated and ambitious Building Surveyor to join their dynamic team. As a Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting site inspections, compiling detailed reports, and providing technical support to on-site teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site inspections and compile detailed reports identifying defects or issues within properties

Requirements:

  • Graduate or Junior Building Surveyor with a RICS accredited degree in building surveying
  • Full UK drivers license to travel to different sites nationwide
