We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Building Surveyor to join our team in Suffolk, working on a variety of projects in the Industrial and Commercial sectors.
About the Role:- Conduct site inspections and compile detailed reports identifying defects or issues within properties
- Work on projects in the Commercial and Industrial sector, with occasional nationwide travel
- Gain valuable experience from talented staff members and receive full chartership support
- Progress to Director with clear career progression
- Graduate or Junior Building Surveyor with a RICS accredited degree in building surveying
- Full UK drivers license to travel to different sites nationwide
- Motivated and eager to learn, with a strong client-focused approach
