Technip Energies, a prominent player in engineering and technology, is in search of a Project Quality Manager to play a pivotal role in engaging with clients, joint venture partners, suppliers, subcontractors, and certification authorities. This position entails the development, maintenance, and verification of the execution of project quality assurance strategies and plans.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee quality initiatives and collaborate with project teams to ensure organizational objectives are achieved.
  • Facilitate the formulation and implementation of the Quality Plan and Assurance Strategy.
  • Educate quality assurance staff and oversee project audits.
  • Maintain communication with clients regarding quality assurance efforts.
  • Detect and address quality-related issues, predict labor requirements, and manage financial plans.
  • Lead or engage in inquiries to rectify quality concerns and guarantee the successful execution of corrective measures.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Comprehensive experience in the petrochemical sector and related fields.
  • Experience as a Lead Engineer on significant projects or specialized knowledge in a relevant industry.
  • In-depth understanding of equipment manufacturing or operational processes.
  • Commercial insight regarding equipment selection.
  • Awareness of industry standards pertinent to the petrochemical sector.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Membership in the CQI or a comparable organization.
  • IRCA Registered Lead Auditor or an equivalent qualification.
  • Substantial experience in large-scale industrial or engineering projects.
  • Experience in both FEED and EPC project phases.

Experience Requirements:

  • Desired technical expertise in engineering methodologies.
  • Engineering degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
  • Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written.
