Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Client Support Administrator to join our team at Kin Vet Community. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring that they feel valued and supported throughout their experience with us.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Manage our practice diaries, ensuring that appointments are made promptly and efficiently.
  • Payment and Follow-up: Take payment at the end of every consultation, and follow up with clients to rebook missed appointments and ensure that they are aware of any outstanding estimates.
  • Client Communication: Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including insurance details, contact information, and patient weights.
  • Compliance and Quality: Ensure that our practice adheres to all relevant policies and procedures, including managing insurance claims and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform any additional duties as required to support the smooth operation of our practice.
