Role Overview: The Accounts and Communications Coordinator position is based within the Administration Team and reports directly to the Financial Accountant.

This full-time role encompasses the following responsibilities:

  1. Financial Management:
    • Processing and recording payments from clients and to suppliers.
    • Generating and dispatching invoices.
    • Managing credit control.
    • Handling banking allocations.
  2. Issue Resolution:
    • Addressing account-related inquiries.
    • Establishing procedures for lost or damaged items.
  3. Logistics Coordination: During peak times or in the absence of the logistics coordinator, assist with:
    • Ensuring successful client collections and deliveries.
    • Confirming details with clients and processing payments.
    • Planning deliveries and coordinating with couriers.
    • Maintaining relationships with service providers, including security and maintenance.
    • Supporting health and safety initiatives.
    • Assisting in organizing office events and social gatherings.
    • Completing necessary transport documentation.
  4. Communication Management:
    • Distributing customer feedback forms and surveys.
    • Assisting with proposals and presentations.
    • Maintaining a library of multimedia resources and policies.
    • Supporting internal communication initiatives, including training sessions and policy rollouts.
