This Coordinator for Global Community Engagement position is situated within a prominent US legal firm. Reporting to the Associate Director of Global Community Engagement, you will play a crucial role in assisting our Global Community Engagement Committee, with a particular focus on the Volunteering and Charitable Contributions Subcommittee. Your responsibilities will include overseeing global program management and executing volunteering and charitable initiatives.

Global and Regional Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Director of Global Community Engagement and the Volunteering and Charitable Contributions Subcommittee to meet annual goals.
  • Offer guidance and support to EMEA Global Community Engagement Office Champions in creating and implementing local volunteering and fundraising programs.
  • Participate in global internal communication campaigns, such as Global Green Week and Global Volunteering Week.

London Office Duties

  • Administer the London office volunteering program, which includes recruitment, event organization, and liaising with charity partners.
  • Manage the office's Selected Charity initiative, planning and executing fundraising and volunteering efforts.

General Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare internal and external communications, including newsletters and event materials.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and room reservations.
  • Assist with budget oversight and reporting.
  • Support additional Global Community Engagement projects as required.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess experience in a Corporate Responsibility or Responsible Business role within a legal or professional services context.
